Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0–2 years of customer service experience.
• Preferred Bachelor's degree.
• 1–3 years physician office experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of medical terminology is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Greet patients and register them, verify insurance and collect co-pays.
• Update patient demographics and company information as needed.
• Answer phones and schedule appointments.
• Direct and document patient calls and coordinate outside testing.
• Serve as liaison between patient and practice, ensuring smooth communication.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and safety in daily work.
• Pull and file charts for next day appointments and reconcile charges.
