Qualifications

• 1–3 years prior physician office experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Greets patients and performs registration, verifies insurance and collects co-pays or balances.
• Obtains and updates patient demographic and company information.
• Answers phone and schedules appointments.
• Directs and documents patient calls as appropriate.
• Coordinates scheduling of outside testing for patients.
