Job summary

• 0–2 years of experience in a customer service position.

Responsibilities

• Greets patients and handles registration, including insurance verification and collecting co-pays/balances.
• Updates patient demographic and company information.
• Answers phones and schedules appointments.
• Directs and documents patient calls; coordinates outside testing.
• Maintains patient confidentiality and supports daily operational tasks.
• Performs daily reconciliation to ensure correct charges and maintains charts.
