Mercy is seeking a Patient Service Representative at MERCY ORTHOPEDIC HOSPITAL - CLINIC OZARK, MISSOURI. This hybrid, full-time role supports front-desk operations and patient financial conversations to ensure a smooth patient experience.

You will engage patients, schedule, collect payments, and document interactions while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualificações

• Strong verbal and written communication is essential for interactions with patients and staff.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills, including data entry and word processing.
• Excellent customer service, empathy, and professional demeanor.
