Mercy is seeking a Patient Service Representative to ensure the smooth operation of our clinic by handling patient interactions, administrative tasks, and delivering exceptional customer service. This onsite role requires professionalism, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Onsite Address: 2223 Technology Drive, Suite 40, O'Fallon, MO 63368. Responsibilities include greeting patients, data entry, scheduling, and coordinating with healthcare teams

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Proficient in both Patient Services Representative and Advance Patient Services Representative competencies, as verified by department leader.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, insurance practices, and billing procedures.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills, including data entry and word processing.
• Excellent customer service skills for interacting with patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
