Concentra, Inc invites a patient-focused professional to join our Greer, SC center as a Patient Service Specialist. You will greet patients, manage check-in/check-out, and handle scheduling while delivering excellent customer service within a compliant care environment.

Responsibilities include maintaining records, answering calls, coordinating referrals, and supporting daily administrative operations to ensure a welcoming, efficient patient experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of state occupational medicine requirements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors.
• Explain forms and ensure proper completion of paperwork.
• Check in/out patients in the management system.
• Answer phone lines and direct callers.
• Schedule and remind patients about appointments.
• Maintain inventory and distribute records.
• Follow HIPAA guidelines and safety rules.
