Concentra in Greensboro, NC is hiring a Patient Service Specialist to handle front-desk operations, patient registration and scheduling. You will deliver excellent customer service, guide patients through forms, and maintain accurate records in our management system.

Ideal candidates will have 6 months to 1 year of related experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with HIPAA privacy requirements. This full-time, on-site role includes comprehensive benefits and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months to 1 year of related experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information (HIPAA) and follow privacy rules.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors.
• Communicate wait times to patients and direct them accordingly.
• Check in patients using the patient management system.
• Explain forms to patients and ensure completion.
• Answer incoming calls and direct to the right person.
• Schedule and reschedule appointments as needed.
• Check out patients and distribute records.
• Maintain inventory of office supplies and forms.
