Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months to 1 year of job-related experience.
• Knowledge of state-specific occupational medicine requirements preferred.
• Strong customer service and Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information (HIPAA) securely.

Aufgaben

• Greet patients and visitors.
• Communicate wait times and direct patients accordingly.
• Check in/out patients using the patient management system.
• Explain forms and ensure proper paperwork completion.
• Answer and direct incoming calls on multi-line phones.
• Schedule appointments; send reminders and manage rescheduling.
• Maintain office supplies and distribute records.
• Assist in front office operations and training as needed.
• Adhere to HIPAA guidelines and safety rules.
• Process referrals and coordinate with Client Support Group.
