Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months to 1 year front-office/administrative experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of state occupational medicine requirements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors and manage check-ins.
• Schedule and register patients and explain forms to complete.
• Handle multi-line phone system and direct inquiries.
• Maintain patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Provide excellent customer service and accurate data entry.
