Job summary

Concentra, Inc. is seeking a Patient Service Specialist to join our Greensboro center.

You will perform complex administrative duties, including patient registration, scheduling, and handling multi-line phone systems, while delivering excellent customer service to clients and patients. You will process forms, verify information, check patients in/out in the management system, and assist in daily operations to ensure a welcoming, compliant clinical environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Demonstrated customer service experience preferred.
• Experience with front desk and scheduling processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors.
• Check in/out patients in the patient management system.
• Schedule appointments and manage referrals.
• Answer multi-line phone system and direct calls.
• Explain forms and ensure proper completion.
• Maintain inventory and distribute paperwork to outside parties.
• Follow HIPAA guidelines and safety rules.
• Assist in training and daily administrative tasks.
