Responsibilities

• Greet patients in a friendly, professional manner.
• Answer phones and schedule appointments; assist in patient communications and recalls.
• Respond to patient inquiries about billing, procedures, policies and services.
• Prepare patient charts before appointments and update on arrival.
• Process payments, file clean claims, and verify insurance information.
• Balance cash drawer and submit daily reports.
