Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and have clerical experience.
• Excellent typing, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods; lift up to 25 lb.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients using the kiosk prior to registration.
• Escort patients to treatment area for registration and evaluation.
• Explain billing policies and process payments; issue receipts.
• Register patients accurately with friendly service.
• Answer calls and distribute messages; maintain front office area.
