Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking a Patient Services Associate to ensure a smooth front-desk experience and efficient clinic workflows. You will greet patients, check them in, verify insurance, collect payments, schedule follow-ups, and coordinate communications between patients and providers.

This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to handle high-volume calls in a fast-paced medical office.

• Prepare daily clinic schedules and chart prep for upcoming appointments.
• Support office operations such as faxing, scanning, and indexing documents.
• Provide compassionate customer service and maintain HIPAA compliance.
