Qualifications

• Front-office experience in healthcare is preferred.
• Capable of handling payments and patient scheduling.
• Familiar with HIPAA and patient confidentiality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and check in/out prior to appointments.
• Collect copays and balance due; verify demographics and insurance.
• Schedule follow ups and coordinate referrals.
• Verify eligibility and benefits; document pre-authorizations.
• Maintain accurate patient records and appointment prep.
• Coordinate communication among patients, providers, and staff.
