Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in patients; verify demographics and insurance.
• Collect copayments and outstanding balances; schedule follow-ups.
• Answer high-volume calls; route inquiries to the appropriate team.
• Prepare daily clinic schedules and chart prep for upcoming appointments.
• Support billing through insurance verification and pre-authorizations.
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality and a clean, welcoming environment.
