Job summary

BrightView Health seeks a Patient Services Representative to be the welcoming first contact for patients. You will schedule appointments, collect copays, and maintain accurate patient records while coordinating with clinic teams to ensure smooth operations.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of front desk experience, a high school diploma, and strong communication and empathy to support patients on their recovery journey.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for patient inquiries and scheduling.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
• Collect patient copays and payments at point of service.
• Communicate with clinic teams and central support on appointments and follow-ups.
• Attend meetings and collaborate within the clinic team.
• Maintain accurate patient accounts and billing information.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and 42-CFR part 2 is desirable.
