Job summary

BrightView Health is seeking a Patient Services Representative to be the first point of contact for our patients, delivering a warm, welcoming in-clinic experience while ensuring smooth operations. You will handle front desk duties, schedule appointments, collect copays, and coordinate with care teams to support the recovery journey.

A high school diploma and 2+ years of front desk experience are preferred, along with strong communication and empathy to assist patients on their path to recovery.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of front desk or patient-facing experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for patient inquiries and services.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
• Collect copays and other patient financial responsibility.
• Coordinate with clinic teams and central support for appointments and follow-up.
• Maintain accurate patient accounts and HIPAA-related records.
