Job summary

BrightView Health is seeking a Patient Services Representative to greet patients, manage front-desk operations, and support a smooth in-clinic experience. You will assist with scheduling, payments, and maintaining accurate patient records while upholding HIPAA standards.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of front desk experience, excellent communication, and a customer-service mindset to support BrightView’s patients on their recovery journey.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of front desk experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service-centric approach and empathy.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and serve as the first point of contact.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments; collect copays and payments.
• Maintain accurate patient accounts and ensure HIPAA compliance.
