Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for patient inquiries and scheduling.

• Coordinate with clinic teams and central support for appointments and follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate patient accounts, including insurance and billing information.
• Ensure HIPAA and related regulatory requirements are understood and followed.
