Mansioni

• Serve as first point of contact for patient inquiries and assist with problem solving
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments
• Collect patient copays and other payments at the point of service
• Communicate with clinic teams and central support about appointments and follow-up needs
• Attend meetings and collaborate within the clinic team
• Maintain accurate patient accounts including insurance and billing information
• Familiarity with HIPAA and 42-CFR part 2 is desirable
