You will handle patient registration, insurance verification, scheduling, and daily reconciliations while upholding HIPAA standards and clinic policies.

Ideal candidates have 0–1 years of clinic experience, proficiency with EMR systems, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in patient services, billing, or front desk operations.
• Proficiency with EMR systems and office software.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and patient confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Register patients in the EMR with accurate information.
• Check patients in/out and collect payments.
• Verify insurance eligibility and update demographics.
• Ensure required consents and PHI forms are completed.
• Schedule and manage patient appointments in the EMR.
• Assist with daily charges and provider coding workflow.
• Respond to patient inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
• Maintain waiting area cleanliness and address patient concerns.
