Qualifikationen

• Associate degree preferred
• 0–1 year clinic/medical office experience required
• Experience in patient services, billing, or front desk operations preferred

• Register patients in the EMR and collect accurate information
• Check in/out patients and process co-pays and balances
• Verify insurance eligibility and scan cards at visits
• Ensure required consents and PHI forms are completed
• Schedule and manage appointments and document changes in EMR
• Assist with checkout and daily charge entry
• Respond to patient inquiries promptly and professionally
• Monitor waiting areas for patient satisfaction and safety concerns
• Report maintenance or safety issues to management
• Provide general administrative support as needed
• Maintain regular attendance and comply with policies
