Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare for clinic visits by reviewing next day patients and preparing materials.
• Enter pre-visit orders and prepare patient charts, collect and post payments.
• Check-in patients upon arrival and verify demographic data.
• Explain billing to patients per policy and determine cash collection amounts.
• Schedule tests and procedures and coordinate labs and referrals.
• Answer calls and relay messages to physicians and staff.
• Maintain patient records and ensure timely chart documentation.
