Duke Health's Patient Revenue Management Organization seeks an organized team member for onsite clinic preparation, patient check-in/out, and billing processes. You will handle chart preparation, orders, and posting of co-payments, while coordinating tests, referrals, and encounters.

Strong communication and basic data entry skills are essential. Prior experience with Maestro Care and healthcare settings is advantageous in a fast-paced environment.

Mansioni

• Coordinate daily clinic preparation, patient check-in/out, and appointment scheduling.
• Enter pre-visit orders and prepare patient charts; manage documents and referrals.
• Post and collect co-payments and balances; imprint and file charts and insurance cards.
• Explain billing to patients according to policy; schedule tests and procedures as needed.
• Answer calls and relay messages; ensure accurate and timely communication with physicians and staff.
