Responsibilities

• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and check patients in and out.
• Coordinate specialist referrals and pre-authorizations.
• Collect patient balances, copays, and payment cards at time of service.
• Verify demographics and insurance information for every patient.
• Maintain OSHA and DOH standards and protect patient information.
• Provide superior customer service and support office workflows.
• Attends meetings/workshops as they relate to current position and office workflows.
