Northwestern Medicine is seeking a Patient Services Representative to deliver outstanding front-desk and call-center support within our medical practice office in Illinois. You will register patients, verify insurance, collect co-pays, schedule appointments, and coordinate outside testing while maintaining patient confidentiality and data accuracy.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, 0–2 years in a customer service role, and familiarity with medical terminology.

Formación

• 0–2 years experience in a customer service position.

Responsabilidades

• Greets patients; registers and collects required information, verifies insurance and collects co-pays.
• Updates patient demographics and company information.
• Answers phones and schedules appointments.
• Directs and documents patient calls; coordinates outside testing.
• Serves as liaison between patient and practice and back-up scheduling.
