Job summary

Duly Health and Care in Naperville, IL, is seeking a Patient Service Representative to join our Internal Medicine team. You will greet patients, check in/out, schedule appointments, collect co-pays, answer phones, and maintain accurate EPIC records.

You will coordinate provider schedules, verify insurance, and support referrals. The role requires excellent communication, professionalism, and a patient-first attitude; the team meets daily in huddles to improve access and service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in medical office or clinical setting preferred.
• Receptionist/front desk experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly at check-in and check-out and schedule appointments.
• Answer a multi-line phone system, route inquiries, and call patients for follow-ups.
• Collect copays and receipts, reconcile daily transactions with accuracy.
• Verify insurance details, update demographics in EPIC, and manage forms.
• Schedule referrals and in-house specialist appointments as needed.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
