Job summary

Duly Health and Care in Naperville is seeking a Patient Service Representative to be the first point of contact for patients, greeting and checking in, answering calls, scheduling appointments, and collecting co-pays in a fast-paced front desk.

You will work with EPIC EMR, coordinate referrals, maintain accurate records, and uphold HIPAA while delivering friendly, efficient service that supports quality care.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a medical office or clinical setting preferred.
• Prior experience in a receptionist or front desk role strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly during check-in and check-out and assist with appointment scheduling.
• Answer multi-line phone system, route inquiries, and make outbound calls as needed.
• Utilize EPIC and other systems to update demographics, verify insurance, and document information.
• Collect copayments, issue receipts, and reconcile daily financial transactions.
• Coordinate referrals and assist with scheduling follow-up and in-house specialist appointments.
