Responsibilities

• Coordinate provider schedules and optimize appointment access.
• Update demographics and verify insurance in EPIC.
• Collect copayments and reconcile daily transactions.
• Answer multi-line phone system and schedule appointments.
• Communicate information about clinical staff to patients.

• Participate in team huddles and share updates.
• Monitor dashboards and suggest workflow improvements.
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality in all interactions.
