Job summary

Duly Health and Care is seeking a Patient Service Representative in Naperville to greet patients, schedule appointments, collect copays, and manage phones. You will support front desk operations and help ensure a smooth, welcoming patient experience in a busy dermatology clinic.

The role requires EPIC or similar EMR familiarity, strong communication skills, and a patient-first mindset. Prior medical office experience is preferred, with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a medical office or clinical setting.
• Receptionist/front desk experience preferred.
• Proficiency in EPIC or similar EMR systems.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Greets patients warmly during check-in/check-out and schedules appointments.
• Answers a multi-line phone system, takes messages, routes inquiries.
• Collects copays and reconciles daily financial transactions.
• Maintains accurate patient demographics and records in EPIC.
• Communicates information about providers and referrals to patients.
