Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a medical office or clinical setting preferred.
• Prior experience in a receptionist or front desk role strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in EPIC or similar EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly during check-in/check-out and assist with scheduling.
• Coordinate provider schedules to improve access and reduce wait times.
• Update patient demographics, verify insurance, and manage forms in EPIC.
• Collect copayments and reconcile daily transactions.
• Answer multi-line phone system, route inquiries, and schedule appointments.
• Assist with referrals and follow-up appointments as needed.
• Participate in daily/weekly team huddles and share updates.
