Job summary

Duly Health and Care is seeking a Patient Service Representative for the Dermatology clinic in Naperville. You will warmly greet patients, check them in/out, schedule appointments, handle co-pays, and manage referrals while maintaining accurate EPIC records.

This role requires strong customer service, clear communication, and HIPAA compliance. A medical office background is preferred, with opportunities to grow within a physician-led, community-focused team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a medical office or clinical setting preferred.
• Front desk/reception experience strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with EPIC or similar EMR systems is expected.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in/check-out patients and schedule appointments.
• Answer phones, collect co-pays, and manage referrals.
• Maintain accurate patient records in EPIC and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Monitor patient wait times and communicate delays empathetically.
• Support daily front desk operations and team huddles.
