Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients; verify demographic and insurance information.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments; provide visit summaries or referrals as needed.
• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits prior to appointments.
• Prepare daily clinic schedules and update charts for upcoming visits.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and deliver compassionate customer service.
