Responsibilities

• Welcome, register, and schedule patients and visitors in a courteous manner.
• Obtain and verify demographic and insurance information.
• Route inquiries, complaints and messages to the appropriate staff.
• Assist patients with financial inquiries, including policies, payments, and other financial needs.
• Collect required payments, including co-pays and balances due at the time of service.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
• Provide accurate daily batch and deposits for processing.
