Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years in customer service, insurance, or healthcare preferred.

Responsabilités

• Welcome, register, and schedule patients and visitors in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Serve as liaison between patients and medical staff.
• Obtain and verify demographic and insurance information.
• Route inquiries, complaints, and messages to the appropriate team.
• Assist with financial inquiries and collect co-pays and balances.
• Process account, referral, and claim workflows in assigned queues.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
• Provide daily batch and deposit information to appropriate staff.
