Responsibilities

• Greets patients and registers them, verifies insurance and collects co-pays.
• Updates patient demographics and company information.
• Answers phones and schedules appointments.
• Directs and documents patient calls and coordinates outside testing.
• Acts as liaison between patient and practice and backs up scheduling.
