Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with patient registration and scheduling using hospital systems.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Provides service to patients before, during or post-appointment with minimal guidance.
• Schedules appointments and procedures through clinical communication, work queues, and patient portal messages.
• Registers patients and manages patient work queues.
• Coordinates with patients and/or outside facilities to ensure pre-appointment orders and consults are ready for viewing prior to visit.
