Responsibilities

• Manage registration and patient work queues; coordinate with outside facilities.
• Communicate with patients to route visits and routing via portals and messaging.
• Ensure pre‑appointment orders and consults are received and viewable before appointments.
• Support other administrative tasks as needed by the care team.
