Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient check-in and check-out, scheduling, and insurance verification.
• Handle phone calls and patient inquiries with professional communication.
• Collect and verify patient information and input changes into the system.
• Assist with basic medical records tasks as requested.
• Support payments processing and accurate data entry.
