Qualifications

• Experience: Less than 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient duties including check-in and check-out, scheduling, insurance verification, and answering phones.
• Verify patient demographics and enter changes into the computer system.
• Accept payments for physician/clinic services and post charges.
• Provide accurate patient, medical, financial or procedural information to patients or approved outside entities.
• Respond to routine inquiries concerning practice services, hours of operation, etc.
• Assist with medical records duties as requested.
