Qualifications

• Experience in providing patient-focused service is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for handling calls and front desk interactions.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with check-in/check-out and scheduling.
• Verify insurance information and register patients in the system.
• Answer phones and respond to routine inquiries about practice services hours.
• Direct patients to appropriate waiting areas and manage payments per guidelines.
• Post payments and enter charges using correct codes; generate daily payment reports.
