UPMC Children’s Community Pediatrics in Cranberry Township is seeking a Limited Part-Time Patient Services Representative to support the offices in Cranberry. Weekend and evening hours are required to align with clinic hours: 4:30p-9p Mon-Fri, 11:30a-8p Sat, 9:30a-6p Sun.

Registration and EPIC experience preferred; duties include greeting patients, handling check-in, collecting copays, scheduling follow-ups, assisting patients with navigation, and promoting MyUPMC portal.

Qualifications

• Experience with patient check-in and copay collection is preferred.
• Registration and EPIC experience is preferred.
• Ability to guide patients through the healthcare system and provide clear instructions.

Responsabilités
