UPMC Children's Community Pediatrics in Cranberry is seeking a Full-Time Patient Services Representative to support front desk operations and patient flow. You will greet patients, help with check-in, collect copayments, and update information while guiding families to the MyUPMC portal.

Weekend availability is required to support the hours of operation. The role includes scheduling follow-up appointments, verifying insurance, assisting patients with navigation of care, and handling phone calls
