UPMC Children's Community Pediatrics is hiring a Limited Part-Time Patient Services Representative to support offices in Cranberry. Weekend and evening availability is required to align with operating hours: 4:30p-9p (Mon-Fri), 11:30a-8p (Sat), 9:30a-6p (Sun).

Responsibilities include greeting patients, assisting with check-in, collecting copayments, scheduling follow-ups, navigating care pathways, and promoting MyUPMC portal while ensuring HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• Registration and EPIC experience preferred.
• Weekend and evening availability required to support the hours of operation.

• Help patients navigate the healthcare system and provide clear instructions.
• Register patients in Biometrics and promote MyUPMC portal.
• Educate patients on financial responsibilities and connect them to resources.
• Verify insurance, obtain consent signatures, and follow HIPAA regulations.
• Handle phone calls, scan records, and perform office duties.
