Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma/GED is required.
• 1 year of clerical, customer service, or administrative support experience in a highly customer-oriented organization is required.
• 1 year experience with basic keyboarding and office equipment.

Responsabilités

• Registers patients completely and accurately (walk-in, check-in, or scheduled).
• Handles high-volume periods and complex patients in scheduling and registration.
• Supports inbound/outbound calls to patients, addressing concerns professionally and escalating issues when needed.
