Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• One year of clerical, customer service, or administrative support experience.
• One year of registration, point of service collection, or insurance verification experience.
• Epic or equivalent EMR experience is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license may be required for regional positions.

Responsibilities

• Performs complete patient registration including walk-in, check-in, or scheduled visits.
• Handles scheduling, registration work queues, and communication with patients.
• Assists in patient insurance verification and hospital service coordination.
• Manages inbound/outbound calls and addresses patient questions about costs and appointments.
• Follows regulatory and compliance guidelines and releases orders as needed.
