Job summary

Qualifications

• Req H.S. Diploma/GED with ability to perform standard clerical tasks.
• Pref Epic or equivalent Electronic Medical Record experience.
• Pref 1+ years registration, insurance verification, and revenue cycle knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Performs complete and accurate patient registration including walk-ins, check-in and scheduled visits.
• Supports inbound and outbound calls to patients and handles general inquiries.
• Verifies patient and insurance information and processes orders for tests.
• Communicates co-pays, out-of-pocket estimates, and appointment details to patients.
• Prepares and releases records in the health information system and scans documents.
