• Greets customers appropriately.
• Ensures all field phlebotomy and PSC specimens are collected accurately and on time.
• Collects specimens per established procedures and explains venipuncture process to patients.
• Maintains accurate records in PathConnect and other PathGroup systems.
• Packages specimens for transport and stores samples according to required temperatures.
• Assists with monthly statistics and data compilation.
• Performs basic clerical duties including electronic data entry.
