Responsibilities

• Greets customers appropriately and maintains courteous demeanor.
• Ensures specimens are collected accurately and on time.
• Explains venipuncture and specimen collection processes clearly to patients.
• Keeps accurate requisitions and enters data into PathConnect and other systems.
• Enters patient and billing information with attention to detail.
• Maintains records, logs, and inventory; supports monthly data compilation.
