PathGroup is seeking a Patient Services Technician to provide daily patient services in the PSC or in-office, interacting professionally with clients, patients, and staff while collecting and processing specimens according to established procedures.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, collecting venipuncture specimens, labeling, data entry, and maintaining records, while upholding safety and privacy standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred (may be required based on state guidelines).
• Phlebotomist certification preferred; required in Louisiana.
• At least 1 year of prior job-related experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Greets customers appropriately and treats all customers courteously.
• Ensures all field phlebotomy and PSC specimens are collected accurately and on time.
• Performs venipuncture and other specimen collection with clear, courteous explanations to patients.
